Origin Story

In Ethiopia, coffee growing methods have remained largely unchanged for nearly 500 years. Grown at exceptionally high altitudes (up to 2,300m) by smallholder garden farmers, these heirloom varietals are sun-dried as full cherries. This traditional natural process infuses the bean with vibrant dried berry aromas, bright sweetness, and a signature juicy finish that is impossible to replicate anywhere else in the world.
