The Origin Story

The Thiriku Farmers Co-operative Society (FCS) operates out of a single factory registered in 2000 after splitting from a larger union. Located in the fertile heart of Nyeri County at 1,918 meters above sea level, the rich soil and cool mountain breezes at the foot of the Aberdare range yield some of Kenya's finest specialty coffees.
