Preferring a lighter roast I happened upon Lilac City when Indaba opened a coffee shop in Yakima. The coffee shop did not stay in business for long, but the coffee was so good I searched their site and ordered a 2# bag. The subscription service is easy to work with, the coffee is to my liking and the 2# bag is affordable.
